RETURN POLICY

AAPrice.com allows 14 days for the return of regular and sale-priced merchandise from the delivery date. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

• Items being returned must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Items must have their original tags. All products must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If the items in question are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange or charge a 25% Re-Stocking Fees if the item does not meet our standards.
• Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
• All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment including purchases made with gift cards.
• For exchanges, please follow the return process and order a new item online.
• If we identify unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future transactions.
• AAPrice.com is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fee’s such as customs duties, courier brokerage, or any other charges incurred by the customer.

Returns must be authorized by AAPrice.com in advance. Customers must contact us prior to proceeding with return by emailing at AAPrice.help@gmail.com and you will be provided with a return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. AAPrice.com is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggests using a courier service that provides a tracking number.

United States:

Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States postal service and returns to Canada should be shipped via Canada Post with insurance and tracking number provided to AAPrice.com.

* Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after its arrival at our distribution center. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the refund has been issued.

Price Protection Policy

AAPrice offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

• When an item had its price reduced on our website within 7 days of ordering.
• Coupons cannot be redeemed after the order has been placed.
• The item is still available for sale on the AAPrice.com website in the same style and size purchased to qualify for the adjustment.
• Price adjustments may be requested once per item

If these conditions are met, please contact us by emailing at AAPrice.help@gmail.com and we will be happy to refund the difference to the original method of payment.
